Rafting the white waters of rivers around the world has become an exciting sport! In order to achieve the collaborative goal everyone in the raft needs to know all the rules and each team member must fulfill their role and be accountable for a successful trip.
In order to achieve the collaborative goal, corporate teams are being asked to truly embrace the corporate vision and be accountable for corporate success. Each team member is being asked to become truly aware of who they are including their behaviour in the workplace. Next, they are being asked to change their unconstructive habits and behaviours into permanent positive ones. Thirdly, organizations are demanding more and more innovative solutions.
